Ceramaret is equipped with very high performance production equipment, necessary to meet the always-increasing market requirement (tolerances in the order of the micron), and to keep its competitiveness.
Ceramaret’s philosophy is to press the ceramic parts as close as possible to the final shape avoiding costly secondary machining operations. This process leads to substantial savings, in particular for large and repetitive production batches. The pressing tools are made-out of tungsten carbide for extended lifetime.
